Role of Teachers
They render service as instructors, guides, mentors, counselors and care-takers, playing a parental role, throughout. Among the 52 teachers, 27 teachers are trained post-graduate teachers and the remaining 25 teachers are trained graduate teachers. The quality of education depends on the quality of competence of teachers. All the teachers inculcate a value based education with the emphasis on creating self- awareness, empathy, critical thinking, creative thinking, decision making
The Role of Teachers
Teachers use themselves as bridges over shich they invite their students to cross, then, having facilitated their crossing joyfully collapse, encouraging then to create bridges of their own. It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge. The teacher is the pivot of the society in bringing about a favourable change among the new generation of students, based on the educational approach of the CBSE. The 52 teachers of our Vidyalaya teach from their hearts, not merely from the books.
